Ruud Slenter

IMPACTIVATE was founded by Ruud. After completing his studies in economic psychology at Tilburg University, Ruud held various commercial roles at leading companies such as L’Oréal, bol.com, and Unilever.
He later worked as an (agile) transformation coach, guiding dozens of teams and training hundreds of individuals to increase their impact. At Unilever, he successfully led agile transformations—first overseeing ways of working within the Benelux organization, and later taking global responsibility for the home care category.
Ruud’s background in psychology enables him to quickly understand and improve team and organizational dynamics. His commercial experience has given him deep insight into business operations—and what works (and what doesn’t).
Ruud is results-driven, easily connects with people, and brings a contagious energy that helps organizations, teams, and (senior) leaders make real impact.

Ornela is a passionate consultant, coach, and facilitator with expertise in agile ways of working, coaching, and psychological safety.
Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she moved to the Netherlands at the age of 21, where her mission to support organizations and individuals began to take shape.
After studying psychology for several years at the University of Buenos Aires, she broadened her focus to organizational transformation and stakeholder management through a degree in International Business at Erasmus University. Her professional journey led her to Unilever, where she held various roles and ultimately, as an Enterprise Agile Coach, discovered the importance of psychological safety. This was followed by certification as a Fearless Org. Scan Certified Practitioner.
Driven by her vision to create more human-centered and nature-connected workplaces, Ornela combines her corporate experience with certifications in nature-based coaching and mindfulness to help organizations and leaders adopt a sustainable and effective way of working.
She connects, inspires, and creates spaces where people can grow and organizations can thrive. Ornela speaks Dutch, Spanish, and English.

Katalin Akots-Zelenak

Katalin was born and raised in Hungary and has lived in the Netherlands since 2014. She holds a degree in Business Communication and has built a solid foundation in economics.
Her professional career began at Unilever, where she spent 19 years in various local, regional and global roles in marketing and transformation. She launched brands, built cross-functional teams, and worked across categories such as food, ice cream, personal care and home care. In 2021, she shifted her focus to organizational development and agile transformation. As a certified Agile Coach, she led the European Ice Cream Business Group through large-scale agile adoption. She partnered with senior leaders to bring strategic clarity, strengthen execution, and establish a rhythm of reflection and continuous improvement. Alongside this, she supported professionals in developing authentic leadership and self-awareness as a Standards of Leadership Coach.
Katalin brings deep expertise in guiding individuals, teams and organizations through change. With certifications in Co-Active Coaching, PROSCI Change Management, Hogan Assessments and Enterprise Agile Coaching, she combines structure with human insight to activate people and turn transformation into measurable results.
She lives with her family in a village surrounded by nature and finds energy in the outdoors. She’s curious, direct and focused—creating space for each person to grow and make meaningful impact in their own way. She also has a passion for languages: she speaks fluent Hungarian and English, conversational German, understands Dutch well and is actively learning to speak it.
